I believe it's a mould from the mask used in the 1976 Doctor Who serial'The Masque of Mandragora'. The mask is in very good condition.
There's a slight, superficial crack on the interior of the mask, but this doesn't penetrate to any depth and certainly doesn't affect the outside thickness or quality of the mask. The crack is caused by an excess of resin layered onto the interior of the face. The mask itself is a sturdy fibreglass construction, and a small resin feature at the top has been added to allow hanging from a wall.
