This is a RARE DRUG BOOK from the 1950's and could only be done because it's a Pre-Comics-Code book! The "Opium Smugglers of Venus" drug story is in this particular book and it's by Wally Wood! This is the FIRST APPEARANCE of SPACE DETECTIVE, ROD HATHAWAY, ANYWHERE!!

1950's Sci-Fi at its best! This book is absolutely complete but is only in Fair/Good condition with many chips out of the front cover as can be seen in the scans. The cover is detached from the only staple in the book and the front and back covers are attached only at the top of the book itself. The pages are nice and supple and are NOT fraying or browning at all, so perfect to read and place away. The reason I still give a grade of Fair/Good 1.5 is because the cover is still pretty nice overall, discounting the chips and the book is missing no pages or cut-outs and does not have any writing on it... And again, the pages are nice! ALL of my auctions' scans are of the books themselves and NOT STOCK PHOTOS... Also they all come from a smoke-free home.
