The two flaws that effect the book's grade the most include that obvious stop tight small corner piece out and a tear at right on cover that goes through the "G" in "LANG". The colors on this cover are on FIRE! The VG/Fine 5.0 grading is likely lower than what you will think when this tightly stapled book gets into your hands.
