Games Workshop was founded in England in 1975, initially supplying board games. After importing Dungeons & Dragons from the USA, and taking advantage of the fast-moving technology in the late 20th century, they expanded into their own range of games across several media; most famously, Warhammer. This stunning collection of commissioned artworks includes pieces by former GW art director and seminal Warhammer artist John Blanche, Dave Gallagher, Kev Walker, Wayne England and Paul Bonner. It's more than a collection - it's a concept album for the eyes. Copies of this book rarely come up for sale.Treat yourself - or another loved one - to a remarkable collection of immersive artwork you can spend hours looking at. This copy is not immaculate; but it is in good condition for a 2000 publication.
It has rarely been leafed through, but there are a few marks, and a dog-eared page, and some tears to the dust jacket. I've included as many photos as possible for a fair representation. I check the UK market regularly, to ensure my prices are fair; as I specialise in rare items, my prices may go up or down, according to market demand. I work within a fluctuating market.
