I don't know how to grade books so I'm not going to try. My descriptors are my impressions not gradings. I will give you my impressions here though and ask that you rely heavily on the photos and if you have any questions or uncertainties, please ask. The book looks to me to be in very good condition for a book that was printed in 1944. There is no writing or markings on any of the pages. The pages have yellowed a bit with age which doesn't show properly in the photos. Pages 155 through about 175 are a bit dog eared at the bottom right. I have shown a photo of this. The covers and spine look to be in very good condition. The only fault I see in the binding is there is a crack in the paper between the "By The Same Author" page and the Title page. I have shown this in a photo.Everything else looks very much intact. As I said, if you have any additional questions, please ask.
