Pages slightly tan but very soft and flexible. 3 inch crease in the center of the cover not extending into the interior pages. Minor color flaking at bottom of cover.
1/4 inch minor tear top and bottom of spine. No stress lines along spine. Minor pencil mark on "P" of the title.Authentic condition--(has no restoration). Graded according to published standards.
