Age and shelf wear are apparent. There is chipping, creasing, tanning, soiling and loss along the edges of the jacket, mostly around the spine; where on the inside it has been reinforced by tape to prevent further age related wear. The book has been read well and the boards are of the typical sort Boardman and the Museum Press used as the UK counterparts to Sci-Fi and other Genre titles in the 1950's. They are not without slight bumping and bending about the edges. There is a bit of pittage on the spine as photographed.
The foxing and tanning is mostly to be found on the endpapers but some has made it to the title page. The pages are clear of writing.
The hinges show some slight separation near the edges on the end-pages. Please review all photographs and inquire if you require more. I have tried to photograph the condition of this very little wonder best.
